TIM PEIGHTAL, Director of Operations, Summit Golf Center

Peightal's students come from all walks of life, from the casual golfer looking to improve his or her game, to the P/LPGA professional looking for her next win.

Peightal started his career at Disney golf operations where he had the opportunity to observe and study some of the top instructors today. Those instructors include Bob Toski, Jim Flick, Bill Strausbaugh and Davis Love Jr.

Tim later worked with the 1928 U.S. Open Champion Johnny Farrell at the Country Club of Florida and the 1935 PGA Champion Johnny Revolta at the Evanston Golf Club.

Tim was also the head professional at the Indiana Country Club for seven years before moving back to Florida to work as the head professional at the Family Golf and Sports Club. Peightal was also the Director of Instruction at the United States Senior Golf Academy for six years until starting the Summit Golf Academy in 1995.

Peightal's goal as an instructor has been to make the game of golf fun, in every way possible.
